General Site Rules
Basically, the golden rules of interacting and role playing here.
1. Be polite to all players. If someone is doing something you don’t like, take it privately to a staff member. If you feel one of the mods or admins is doing something wrong, take it to Sparrow (even if it’s her you have a problem with).
2. Once you join, you are expected to post (unless you have informed us otherwise) within two weeks. If you haven’t, your account will be deleted.
3. Only one account per person. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
4. No god moding or power playing. In case you don’t know, god moding, basically, is having a perfect or invincible character. Power playing is controlling another’s character.
5. When characters are talking, use quotation marks ("") and nothing more. Speech should not be bolded, colored, or anything else out of the ordinary.
6. Use either double parenthesis (()) or OOC (Out of Character) when posting out of character in an rp post.
7. Keep everything you write rated PG-13 or under. Keep swearing to a minimum, or, preferably, don't swear at all.
8. Keep html on the site to a minimum. Pictures of your characters are fine in their profiles, and avatars and sigs are fine on your own profile, so long as it doesn’t stretch the page.
9. There is no word minimum for posts, but this is at least a semi-lit site. No one-liners, please.
10. Basic knowledge of grammar and spelling is expected here, although a few errors here and there are fine. No chatspeak please, especially for in-character posts.
C-Box Rules
1. Be polite to people in the c-box. Do not use it as a venue for fighting.
2. Just like on the rest of the site, please keep swearing to a minimum, or don't do it at all.
3. Do not advertise in the c-box. We have a board for that, go there.
4. Do not spam in the c-box. That includes just posting lots of unintelligible, pointless garble to be silly.
4a. This includes chatspeak as well. As joke, it's fine. If it's how you plan to always talk there, it's not.
